To be fair to scheduled patients, we make every effort not to interrupt our
physician during a patient visit. Your call will be taken by one of our staff
members. They will request the patients’ complete name and date of birth.
The chart will then be pulled and forwarded to a nurse to return you call.
Working through the receptionist will allow us to serve your needs as quickly
as possible. Most medical problems are not treated by telephone; they will
require an office exam. Prescription refills by phone are approved during
normal office hours, when we have access to your medical chart.
